Venue - Agronomet

We offer three wedding packages: Classic, Deluxe, and Grand, for up to 130 guests from Friday to Sunday or Tuesday to Thursday at Hjelmsjöborg.

All packages include access to our event venue, Agronomet, with chairs, tables, tableware, sound and lighting system, cleaning, and a charming overnight apartment (Saturday-Sunday / Wednesday-Thursday) right next to the venue for up to six people.

In Deluxe & Grand packages, table settings, flower arrangements, and consultation with our decorators are also included.

In our largest package, Grand, the entire Hjelmsjöborg is utilized with an outdoor ceremony in the park, mingling in the beautiful halls of Borgen, the party in Agronomet, and a fantastic wedding suite in Palmhuset or Borgen with a wedding breakfast. In addition to everything included in the other packages, Grand includes extra flower arrangements both indoors and outdoors.

In all packages, you can bring your own drinks if you wish and then choose catering from our skilled partners or use another preferred catering service.

Venue - Borgen

A wedding in Borgen is for those who want a small intimate ceremony.

Here, you can have up to 40 guests. It's a complete experience in our unique and well-preserved 250m2 ceremonial floor in the main building. It always includes staff, projector, sound system, table settings, beautiful flower arrangements, and menu coordination with our fantastic chefs. You can bring your own drinks if you like, or we can arrange it and create a suitable beverage menu.

Extras

Outdoor ceremony

Hjelmsjöborg has a completely unique park right next to and at the same level as Lake Hjälmsjön, with many locations in the park for an unforgettable ceremony. It includes white chairs, curtains, and a sound system, and if desired, we can also provide flowers and additional decorations.

Outdoor ceremonies are included in the Grand package but can also be booked independently or as an add-on to the Classic/Deluxe packages and Wedding in Borgen.

Three day wedding / Weekend wedding

This addon is for those who want a whole weekend of festivities and have many overnight guests. Check in at all accommodations on Friday/Tuesday and prepare for a reception/grill party in the evening where you can meet all the guests and have more quality time together in a more relaxed environment. We set up beautifully in a tent in the park and provide outdoor games and a sound system. On Saturday we serve breakfast for all Hjelmsjöbrogs overnight guests and you have your big day according to the chosen wedding package, but with all the extra overnight stays also on this evening. On Sunday, all overnight guests at Hjelmsjöborg can gather for a brunch in our grand banquet hall 'Borgen,' where you can discuss yesterdays event, open presents, and bid farewell. An unforgettable weekend with your closest ones. This package can be added to all 'Agronomet packages' and 'Wedding in Borgen'.
