Do you have round tables?

• We have 10 round tables for up to 80 people and 20 rectangular tables for up to 130 people. You can combine both as they are of the same type and height.

How many people can your venues accommodate?

• In Agronomet, you can have up to 130 guests.

• In Borgen, you can have up to 40 guests.

What technology is included when booking?

• In Agronomet, we provide professional speakers with dual bass boxes at 8200w (excellent sound), two wireless microphones, light effects on the dance floor and stage, and a 108” projector. There is also an integrated sound system in the Bar and bar-room. In Borgen, Bluetooth speakers and a projector are included, but you can add a larger system if desired.

• For outdoor ceremonies, a good column sound system with wireless microphones, Bluetooth, and the option to connect a piano or other instruments is included. Additional equipment is available as an option.

• Extra audio and lighting equipment, as well as a technician, can be selected as options for all bookings.

If we have booked a wedding at Hjelmsjöborg, can there be other events at the same time?

• You have exclusive access to the spaces and the part of the park you booked. In the other end of the park in an unbooked venue, there might be other events happening simultaneously. There are two separate entrances and parking areas used for this and it works excellently. In our 'Grand' package, you get the entire Hjelmsjöborg for yourselves."

How late can the party go on?

• In Agronomet, the party can continue until 02:00.

• In Borgen, it is according to agreement.

Is staff included in your wedding packages?

• In Agronomet, you hire your own staff/catering.

• In Borgen, staff is always included.

When do we have access to the wedding suite?

• Check-in is from 15:00 on the wedding day, and check-out is at 14:00 the next day.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

• Yes, you can.

We want to book an outdoor ceremony at Hjelmsjöborg, what is included?

• The price includes up to 150 white folding chairs with furnishings, white curtains, and a white pillar sound system with two wireless microphones. There are various options available for decorations, flowers, and additional technology.

If we have chosen an outdoor ceremony at Hjelmsjöborg, who will officiate the ceremony?

• You have the option to choose your own officiant for the outdoor ceremony at Hjelmsjöborg.

•       You need to contact Örkelljunga parish to book a priest or Örkelljunga municipality to book a civil officiant.

Is there a church nearby?

What overnight accommodations are available nearby?

Is there an opportunity to cook our own food?

• There is a catering kitchen in Agronomet. It can be used for preparation, storage, and serving. Check what is available in the kitchen on our inventory list under the "Event Spaces" tab.

Are fireworks allowed?

• Hjelmsjöborg is a unique cultural-historical site, and therefore, fireworks or other fire-hazardous equipment that cannot be controlled are not allowed. In some cases, if you demonstrate high safety measures and apply for permission, it may be allowed.

Is confetti or rice allowed?

• It is not allowed, but we offer bags of beautiful flower petals at an additional cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Contact us as soon as possible via email for cancellations. Terms are outlined in your contract.
