Accommodation

There are accommodation options for up to 120 people, with 20 available within our walls and the rest just outside or at nearby hotels.

Transportation

If you prefer not to stay overnight, you can arrange shared transportation by booking a bus via https://www.rokebuss.se/, https://www.bergkvarabuss.se/sv, or through various taxi companies in Ängelholm/Helsingborg (Book well in advance).

There are also bus stops right next to Hjelmsjöborg for easy access via public transportation. Visit the 'Getting Here' section for directions and more information about stops.

Technology

At Hjelmsjöborg, we have modern and professional technology included in the venue bookings. We provide a stage for bands/DJs, powerful sound systems, wireless microphones, lighting systems, projectors, Wi-Fi, and the possibility of various other technical equipment. We can also offer a professional sound technician if needed.

Please appoint a responsible person for technology at your event if you don't hire a technician. Instructions are available, and we offer technical guidance on-site. Also, bring any necessary 3.5mm adapters for your phones or, even better, a well-functioning computer for playing music and displaying images. Our projectors use HDMI input, and we have cables for that on-site, but if you need an adapter, remember to bring those as well.
