Within the walls of Hjelmsjöborg, you can find inspiration and grow together in a private environment with a tranquility rarely found in today's landscape. Here, you have access to a private park with unique buildings and magnificent nature right by Lake Hjälmsjön. We tailor an experience for you at Hjelmsjöborg, ranging from simpler and more charming setups to large, spectacular theme parties or kickoffs.

You can book excursions and activities such as canoeing/kayaking from the property, a flower workshop, luxury croquet with afternoon tea, archery/axe throwing, clay pigeon shooting, tennis, disc golf, mini-golf with professional players, pentathlon, and an arcade machine bonanza.

End the day with an atmospheric celebration featuring cocktails/mocktails, live bands, quizzes, game machines/activities, and other surprises.

We offer accommodation for up to 20 guests within the walls and are located near both B&Bs, hotels, and camping facilities to accommodate up to 100 guests

 

Prices & Packages

All packages include access to a suitable conference room, a host, WiFi, a projector, and water/coffee/tea. Upon request, we can adjust the arrangement, upgrade the menu, provide single rooms for everyone, add live entertainment, and offer a variety of suitable activities.

Themed Events

For those who want to experience something different and entirely unforgettable, we offer tailored Themed Events. Within our walls, we transport you and your guests to another world with themes like English high society (à la Netflix's Bridgerton series), Royale Casino (stylish and luxurious à la James Bond), Bohemian Carnival (colorful carnival with a Venetian masquerade twist), or any other theme according to your preferences. Both we and Hjelmsjöborg as a venue are perfectly suited for this. Here, our creativity can flow, and Hjelmsjöborg can showcase itself in its full glory to ensure you and your guests have a truly unforgettable experience that can't be found anywhere else.

Our Themed Events include everything from the event venue, activities, live music, flowers, decorations, possible accommodation, food/drink, and staff. Everything is carefully selected and custom-ordered to fit the theme.

Our Venues

Agronomet

(up to 130 guests)

Agronomet is our larger conference room, situated in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg with a view overlooking both the park and the lake. The venue offers flexibility for table arrangements, allowing for long tables, round tables, or the classic theater-style setup. It is equipped with a projector, sound system, wireless microphones, professional Wi-Fi/LAN, a spacious hall with a bar, acoustically treated conference space, a stage, and two restrooms.

This versatile space is suitable for various event setups, ensuring a well-equipped and scenic environment for your conferences or gatherings at Hjelmsjöborg.

Borgen

(up to 40 guests)

The Borgen is a spacious and beautiful venue located on the first floor of the main building. It features an atrium, a large dining room, a winter garden, and lounges. We provide technology such as a sound system, wireless microphone, projector, and professional Wi-Fi to enhance your experience in this elegant space.
